Im buing new CPU cooler to my new system (regular amd fan is way too noisy) I have been looking for Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus (34e) and Akasa Freedom Tower (39e) Which one is better? I have quad core AMD athlon 635 2.9GHz and my fan is screaming while i play! And if u know good fans uneer 40e please tell me :)

AMD athlon II x4 635 2.9GHz, Saphire HD 5830 1GB, 4GB 1333MHz RAM, Samsung spinpoint 1tb HDD, Fractal desing Define R2 Case and Chietec Super Series 600w PSU = kick ass :P

I'd recommend spending a few extra bucks and getting the Noctua NH-D14
