@MrGreene - yes, the AM2,
@MrGreene - yes, the AM2, AM2+ and AM3 are pretty much the same socket and mounting. The only difference is the chipset and DDR2/DDR3 support, although I have seen some goofy set-ups that take both DDR2 and DDR3 and AM2, AM2+ and AM3 CPUs. Crazy!

@crimson it supports am2 ..
@crimson
it supports am2 .. (not sure if am2+ is something different, I'm not an expert with pretty much everything that has to do with amd)
the h50 has no am2+ retention
the h50 has no am2+ retention bracket
H50 is a little better in

@Vortex but a custom loop
@Vortex
but a custom loop looks cooler. :O
@skyfire most people just
@skyfire most people just have a triple radiator system, cuz thats what most full tower cases support. but their are also the quad rads that support 4 fans, ultimate water cooling :P

The H50 preforms slightly
The H50 preforms slightly better than the ECO A.L.C.
@PowerUser A custom water
@PowerUser A custom water cooling loop is going to cost a lot more than a dual rad version of one of CoolIt's products. The whole point of closed loop systems is not only to save space but to cut cost as well. He'd still be saving space with a dual rad closed loop setup because he wouldn't have to worry about pumps and reservoirs.

going with the CoolIT Eco
going with the CoolIT Eco A.L.C it does support am2+ and its that little bit cheaper, might not perform as well as the corsair h50 but it will certainly perform better than my current thermal take blue orb 2 and a lot more space
yes
yes
please help i have a am2+
please help i have a am2+ motherboard running a am3 cpu will the h50 mount.
EXACTLY! Besides the whole
EXACTLY! Besides the whole point of the H50 and ECO is to take up less room. if your going for something like a dual rad then go with custom.
to answer crimson H50 has better temps.
nice didn;t know there was 2
nice didn;t know there was 2 radiator coolers out there
you should go to the coolit
you should go to the coolit website, they have other watercooling products that they dont sell in stores and only on their site, like dual rad setups. its pretty cheap id say, and outperform the h50.

Corsair H50 - I'm using it,
Corsair H50 - I'm using it, great CPU cooler keeps my temps 28-30 while computer is idle during the night and 30-35 when I go on it like once an hour to play .. max temp I've seen was 47c other than that all my other games (splinter cell, crysis) the CPU is 38-43c
CPU is : i7 930 @ 2.9Ghz
