For this site there should be something where when we sign up it gives us a option of doing a questionnaire for your Tech Level and your tech level is displayed right next to your name. The reason this would be a good idea is to know how well to answer the question like if someone asked What's TEC? and their tech level is llow we know we have to explain it in the simplest way we can, but if the Tech Level is Moderate or High then we can go further in dept of explaining what TEC is.
the levels of tech level should be something like this
WAC (What's A Computer)
Very Low
Low
Moderate
High
Very High
KIA (Know It All)
or if people decide not to do the questionnaire it displays Unknown
