lol it would never reach 100%! i mean it may get really really really close to 100%, like 99% or 98%, but you even lose efficency while driving the power threw the cables, so its never ever gonna reach 100%.

Now im not so sure that is a 87+ line. The test was done in jan of 2009 and the designation of the unit is EG which is what they use on their Galaxy PSUs. I guess they still could use it as an 87+ either way, galaxy or 87+ a GOLD cert like that is kickass. Probably 100% Kickass (pun intended), lol. What do you guys think?

Yea.. the Enermax 87+ 1100w

Fully modular PSUs are

Fully modular PSUs are unnecessary because you will still need to connect the main connectors. Modular PSUs have the 24pin and 8pin motherboard connectors hardwired into the PSU which you will need to use anyway.

One last question.

Fully modular and 80+ gold,

Fully modular and 80+ gold, nothing comes to mind. But maybe the Nexus RX 1.1 PSU (which is gold) might fit the bill. There;s also SilverStone's new SST-ST1000-P PSU which is 80+ Silver.
