A sheriff is out riding on patrol when suddenly he is jumped and kidnapped by bandits. The bandits tell the sheriff that "in three days their going to hang him" but they are going to give him three last request before he hangs.

Bandit: "So what will it be for your first request?"
Sheriff: "I want to talk to my horse!"
Bandit: "Your horse? Well its your last request."

The bandit brings the sheriff his horse and the sheriff wispers in the horse's ear. Suddenly the horse takes off running and in a couple of hours comes back with a beautiful blonde on its back. The bandit brings the sheriff his prize and he spends the night with the woman. The next day the bandit comes to the sheriff for his second request.

Bandit: "So what is it going to be this time?"
Sheriff: "I want to talk to my horse!"
Bandit: "Again? Well, its your request."

Once more the sheriff wispers into the horse's ear and the horse takes off and returns later with a beautiful brunette on its back. The bandit is amazed and impressed with the horse and brings the sheriff his prize for the night. The next day the bandit comes to the sheriff for his last request.

Bandit: "So what do you want for your last request?"
Sheriff: "I want to talk to my horse!"
Bandit: "You're kidding right? You don't want a last meal?"
Sheriff: "I want to talk to my horse!"
Bandit: "It's your request, going for a red head this time?" Laughs the Bandit.

The Sheriff then takes his horse by its ears and says, "read my lips you stupid horse, POSSE you idiot, POSSE!"
