What is the reason for which AMD uses some electrolytic capacitors for the HD 57xx series?

I have noticed this is not applicable for the 58xx series, for they have only (few) solid capacitors.
Couldn't they have used only solid capacitors for the 57xx series too? Why wouldn't it be recommended to replace the electrolytic capacitors with solid ones?

To reduce the cost, which makes sense considering the market the 5700 series is targeted at. Cheaper products generally have lower grade components compared to more expensive, higher-end products.
