What kind of application do you have in mind for a dual CPU motherboard? If just for gaming, get it out of your mind ;) If you have server, rendering, CAD applications in mind and have a ton of money, then maybe. And even then you need programs that will use the CPUs and cores properly. A dual or quad motherboard running multiple CPUs is impressive but few of use can utilized it.
