Well if you have a sim card there is a world of choice outside of the Rogers selection, go to pacific mall if you dont mind spending retail prices for phones.

Personally I dislike contracts despite the savings because I find the plans don't justify the price and my calling needs vary during a regular 3 year period.

I was looking forward to the Motorola Droid, but my carrier (Rogers) doesn't have it. And from what I understand another carrier (Telus) won the contract for it here in Canada, so it's very unlikely Rogers will get it as well. Ahh well, there will be something better, I just have to wait a few extra months.
