How To Kill Yourself Slowly!

There's no doubt that the food/drink we are ingesting is killing us. Good thing I don't eat to much prepared foods. Yes, I cook real food, with pots and pans and yes it takes time.... LOL. Cooking isn't that hard, it's just takes a little nohow and time. Your body will thank you for it. Don't get me wrong, I'm no health nut, but I do eat healthy for the most part and exercise.

Keep reading... I dare you...

Some people think that they can eat crappy foods, day-in-day-out, not exercise, smoke and a bunch of bad stuff and everything if fine. Eating on the edge like this will catch up to you real quick.

Some kids these days.... I'm no spring chicken anymore, but I swear, I see some kids these days moping about like it's cool or something. I have more energy in one of my large toes. LOL. Maybe it's the food that's making them feel out of sorts?

For those of you with kids (I have two), you are probably already know what kind of impact unhealthy foods can have. Give a kid a chocolate bar and watch them climb the walls. It's just like the kid is on drugs or something. They just lose complete control of the body and mind. That's why my kids get very little of this junk food, because it poison for the body. A treat once in a while is fine, but not every day. I believe these unhealthy foods are responsible for a lot of ADD that's out there. It's not the kids, it's the food they are consuming.

If you watch news or read anything informative you will know that people now in their twenties and thirties are having health issues their parents don't have until they are 60+. EAT & DRINK HEALTHY PEOPLE!

Cool posting, I try to eat

Cool posting, I try to eat healthy but its really hard these days with the amount of preservatives in almost all prepared & semi-prepared foods. Plus fruits & vegetables are expeeeeeensive.

If I eat a lot of fried foods

If I eat a lot of fried foods everyday, I could gain a lot of weight and I may possibly die in like a year or two. That's the worst case scenario. =(

I think I better stop eating

I think I better stop eating junky foods because I really want to change and I honestly want to lose weight like very badily. Time to work out in fitness center I guess.

I think a lot of it tends to

I think a lot of it tends to be linked with dodgy foods in America compared with the rest of the world. For example, why do your farmers need to make your cows look like Arnie ? Farms there pump them up with growth hormones that have been shown to be directly linked with an increased risk of several forms of cancer in humans - not to mention the poor cows themselves. These same growth hormones are banned in the EU - I would be asking your government why that is.

Secondly it surely makes absolutely no common sense to have the drugs industry in bed with the FOOD industry (FDA). In the UK we have the FSA - which stands for the "Food Standards Agency" - see - no drugs company involved there - isn't that easy ! You could hardly call it an uphill climb for any food company to get all manner of potentially harmful chemical additives in food cleared, when all they have to do is check with the office down the hallway !! So long as those two are linked, you're always going to have greater risk. Then 20 years down the line when it's been proven beyond all reasonable doubt that such and such an ingredient has blessed thousands of consumers with avoidable cancer you just know they'll look all sheepish in a bid to duck out of paying out billions in compensation by going "well...see...we never said we GUARANTEED they were safe !"
