This was passed along to me from ATI to solve a recent CCC issue I had. The CCC won't load, but this did resolve the issue.

"Suggested steps for clean uninstall of CCC:
1. Check registry location to be empty.
a. HKCU/Software/ATI/ACE
b. HKLM/Software/ATI/ACE

2. Check (Program Files folder )/ATI Technologies/ATI.ACE to be empty

3. Check (Windows folder)/Assembly to see if there's any files with Public Key Token of "90ba9c70f846762e". Sort by Public key token to get a easier view. All these should be uninstalled by right click and uninstall.

- Control panel > Folder Option > View and select "Show Hidden Files, Folders and drives" and click Apply
- Next, Uncheck the box, "Hide protected operating system files" and click Apply
- Now, Go to this directory: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\DRM

We do not endorse any products or services that produce, promote, or hide malicious software on your computer, web servers or any other device. With almost 500 forum members already, after 1000 I'm considering having Giveaways. As some of you are aware I have many Contests/Giveaways on www.3dGameMan.com, but this would be completely separate. It would still be computer products though, which makes sense considering that's the focus of the site.

The contest/giveaway rules and such I haven't really thought about much, but they will be interesting. Maybe create a video parody of me or answer a question I have for you. Whatever it is, it will be fun, creative and interesting.

If you are having issues rendering or editing in Sony Vegas Video Editing software (Pro or Studio), this might resolve the issue until Sony resolves this with a patch. I know it did for me. As a side note, Vegas 9c Pro fixes a lot of compatibility and stability issues.

For basic and complicated HTML and more, KompoZer might be for you. Ok... that sounded like a sales pitch, but it's not because it's free. And no, I don't have ties to this company other than I use their software. I've been using it for a while and it does everything that I need. I don't do anything complicate, but still! Not bad, and I mean that is a extraordinary way, for a web editor that's free. I just thought I'd share this with everyone, in case some of you are looking for a decent editor. Enjoy!
